Sam Larry and Naira Marley, have been granted bail on a stringent conditions. Each has been asked to provide three sureties, each of them having a substantial sum of 20 million naira.
Other conditions of their bail, as directed by the court court were that they should surrender their international passports and regularly appear at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
In a noteworthy caution, the presiding magistrate in the case emphatically warned against any attempt to directly contact her, underscoring that such actions would be documented and could potentially be disclosed during open court proceedings.
It is pertinent to recall that these individuals were apprehended upon their return to Nigeria due to their alleged involvement in the unfortunate demise of Mohbad.
Various social media videos depicted Sam Larry engaging in physical altercations with the late Mohbad, while other videos portrayed individuals believed to be acting under the instructions of Naira Marley involved in an altercation with the deceased rapper.
