What Transpired At The Abuja Meeting Of T Between Ganduje And Ondo APC Aspirants

VERBATIM REPORT BY SHOLA AGBOOLA

The national chairman, Alhaji Ganduje, thanked everybody for coming despite short notice. He pleaded with all the aspirants who attended the meeting to forget about the past in the interest of the party. In summary, he begged them to accept the outcome of the Gunbernatorial primary election.

Senator Jimoh Ibraheem: In his response, told Alhaji Ganduje that he had no conscience. He said he paid #100 million for members validation, yet he could not vote. He said nobody could tell him to accept the outcome of an election that was never held.

Wale Akinterinwa: said no election took place in Ondo state. He told the chairman he had drone video evidence to prove that no election took place. He said he would not accept the outcome of the election that was not held.

Chief Olusola Oke, SAN: said “You deviated from your guidelines totally. I am thinking about party members who were violently attacked by thugs that were freely deployed to scuttle the entire process. It is difficult to accept an outcome of an event that never took place.”

Hon Gbenga Edema: “Mr Chairman, you have 48 hours to redress the injustice. No election ever held in Ondo state.”

Egnr Ife Oyedele: “Imagine, I couldn’t even vote in my ward. How do you organise an election that almost all the aspirants can not vote? Mr Chairman, what your men did was wrong.”

Prof. Faduyile Francis: “You asked us not to talk about the election. I am a pathologist, In any event postmortem, it is important to ascertain what happens so that we can prefer solutions. No election was held in Ondo state.”

Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa: “I plead with you all to join me. I have not filled out all the available positions because of a day like this. If I have filled all the positions, I would have overrun all of you in the election. ” (Cuts in… the national chairman asked him to withdraw the statement when Senator Jimoh Ibrahim told the governor that he was the one that would have been overun had it been the election was conducted).

Jimi Odimayo: he said he had moved on.

Diran Iyantan: he said he has nothing to say.
