West Ham have agreed a deal with Brighton to sign former Arsenal and Chelsea target Evan Ferguson on loan.
Sky Sports say Ferguson, 20, is set to travel to the London Stadium on Sunday to complete his medical.
At West Ham, Ferguson will be reunited with new Hammers boss Graham Potter, who gave him his debut at Brighton.
Ferguson, once regarded as one of the most highly-rated strikers in the Premier League, will spent the rest of the season on loan at West Ham.
