African Boxing Union Champion, Tony Salam (16-4-0) goes to battle with the undefeated Turkish boxer, Emre Karaceper (6-0-0) of Turkey for the UBO International Cruiserweight title on February 11, 2023, in Instanbul.
Salam who fights under Nigeria’s leading boxing promotional and management company, Saleh Gloves Promotions, is ready to take a big leap in his professional career and in the rankings of world boxing by becoming the new UBO International Champion.
The highly favoured Karaceper and his team believe they can defeat the Nigerian on home soil in Turkey when the two clash in the ring next month.
Saleh Gloves Promotions boss, Saleh Fawaz, told our correspondent that they were ready for the fight and looking forward to a better showing in Turkey after their last two attempts were unfavourable.
