The Rivers State Judiciary has announced that normal court sittings at the State High Court will resume on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, following the conclusion of the Easter vacation.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Chief Registrar of the High Court, David Ihua Maduenyi, recalled that the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi, had earlier directed judges to proceed on Easter vacation starting from Monday, April 14, 2025, to Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
The Chief Registrar emphasized that with the expiration of the vacation period, normal court activities would resume on April 30.
He also advised members of the public to take note of the resumption date.
