Reno Omokri a social critics and former Presidential Assistant of new media to the former president of Nigeria GoodluckJonathan made a surprise visit to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa Abuja.
Omokri who had, in the past, taken Tinubu to the cleaners said he came to felicitate with him.
Though some who reacted to the visit saw it as a smokescreen for warming up to take a political appointment.
In his latest post on his X handle he wrote: “When we fight, we fight no to death . If our opinions differ, the difference does not mean hatred. When we disagree on hiw to fix Nigeria, we disagree not to destroy Nigeria. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria “.
His visit did not stop there he has just posted another picture with the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu. That goes to show he is probably going through all necessary processes for a national assignment.
Not him alone, another critics of President Tinubu, Ex-spokesperson for Atiku Abubakar’s 2023 presidential campaign, Daniel Bwala has also visited the president pledging his loyalty to support All Progressives Congress APC government.
He has, since after the visit, been writing publicity statements to support President Tinubu. The latest was on Thursday headlined: ” Cabinet Reshuffle: Be Patient with Tinubu “.
In his comment, Mr Francis Adebiyi cautioned Tinubu to be wary of turncoat personalities as they cannot be trusted. It is better you stick to the devil you know than those wagging their tails to be relevant. Keep away from moles”.
