Abia Warriors head coach Imama Amapakabo said his team is battle-ready for the clash with Sunshine Stars.
Amapakabo stated that it is important for his players to come to the party against the Owena Waves.
“Well, at this point, I think any team in the league that is saying that they are not prepared for the league now sounds so unserious,” the gaffer told the club’s official website.
“We’ve played two games in the league and we are prepared, looking at how it is that we think that the Sunshine Stars team is going to set up, and we’ve been able to work towards that tactically, and I hope that the players will be able to come to the party.”
The encounter will hold at the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode.
Abia Warriors are still searching for their first win of the season.
