Comedian MC Morris has chided his colleague, Bovi over his recent comment on an old photo of AY and Basketmouth amid their lingering beef.
You will recall that the AY and Basketmouth have been in the news lately over their squabble that dates back to 2006, and each party has, in different interviews, shared their side of the story.
While Basketmouth claimed they were never friends, AY, for his part, claimed that they were close until their issue of N30,000 in 2006.
During one of the interviews, Basketmouth noted that he has never been friends with AY and also boldly stated that they’ve never taken a photo together.
Immediately after excerpts from the interview went viral, netizens dug up several old photos of the two together.
Bovi, via her Instagram stories reacted to the photo, writing, “This is Basketmouth and a fan! 2004! 😃😃😃! Ay no vex o! Before you go call chude for me !”
MC Morris, however, saw Bovi’s comment as a shade directed at AY and lambasted him for it.
MC Morris, who stated that loyalty is now scarce, reminded Bovi of how AY’s show had helped his rise to stardom.
“People got to know Bovi proper through AY’s who wants to be a millionaire comedy platform. But I watch him today fired a stray bullet at the same ay. Loyalty is scarce out there The people that killed Jesus Christ have joined the comedy industry Pray for our industry cause saboteurs, cultists, and union members are gaining ground.” He wrote.
