A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe, has mocked former presidential candidate, Peter Obi over his formal defection to the African Democratic Congress, ADC, stressing that he can’t unseat President Bola Tinubu.
Mocking Obi’s close allies who were with him during his formal announcement, Igbokwe described them as “koboless” people who can’t win their polling unit.
Posting on X, he said Obi’s allies lacked any electoral value to unseat Tinubu in 2027.
He wrote: “So these are the people that will unseat PBAT? These ones I am seeing here? Some of them I see here cannot win their polling booths?
“Some of them are koboless to drive anything. They do not have electoral values. They do not know how to build bridges. They do not know how to invest in people.
“We play too much in this country. Yoruba will say “Eniti Omo Oba Lofi Oba Sere. They do not know PBAT. Ignore PBAT to your peril. I know him very well. Till 2031.”
