The Government of Slovakia Scholarships for Talented Students provide the opportunity for students from all over the world to study in Europe.
The Slovakia Scholarships for Talented Student offer a scholarship grant of up to €15,000 for your full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studies in the country.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Slovakia Government Scholarships, you must:
- Be international students from all countries
- No permanent or temporary residence in Slovakia since Jan 1, 2020 (exceptions apply)
- Must not have studied at a Slovak HEI or secondary school (exceptions for Erasmus+ or Slovaks abroad)
- Must have completed secondary education (for bachelor’s) or hold a bachelor’s degree (for master’s)
- Must apply to a full-time, in-person program at a Slovak public HEI
- Must provide SAT score of at least 1100
- No age limit (those under 18 require guardian consent)
Benefits
- Total scholarship up to €15,000
- €500/month stipend for 10 months each academic year

Required Documents

- Valid passport or national ID
- SAT test result (minimum 1100)
- Structured CV (template provided)
- Motivation letter (template provided)
- Admission letter from a Slovak HEI (if available)
- Solemn declarations (residence, academic history, etc.)
- Certificates of participation in mobility programs (if applicable)
- Guardian consent (if under 18)
