Former Manchester United and Manchester City midfielder, Owen Hargreaves, has revealed his only worry for Chelsea this season.
Hargreaves also insisted that Chelsea should have signed Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya following the departures of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy.
Recall that both Kepa and Mendy left Chelsea this summer, while Arsenal recently signed Raya from Premier League rival Brentford.
“Anyone that has played with a goalkeeper knows they are different,” Hargreaves told Premier League Productions.
“David Raya is an amazing goalkeeper, his ability with his feet is that of a top-four goalkeeper all day.
“Ramsdale had a little blip towards the end of last season, a tiny one. Everyone respects that he’s done an amazing job, but why should he not have competition? I think he is a top four goalkeeper.
“I’m just amazed Chelsea didn’t go for him, because I think they are the ones who needed him badly.”
He continued: “The only worry I have for Chelsea is Sanchez the goalkeeper. I know he is a good goalkeeper but they lost two good ones in Kepa and Mendy.
“They are definitely not better than they were and I think the goalkeeper position looks a little bit light there.”
