“INEC needs to allow us to inspect the BVAS machines and electoral materials, and this must be done promptly, as the filing of our case in court is time-bound,” Oviaesu said on Arise TV on Tuesday.

Newspot had also reported that supporters of the PDP had picketed the INEC office in Benin City, Edo State, protesting the outcome of the governorship election.

The protesters, carrying placards with various inscriptions and chanting slogans, demanded a reversal of the election results announced by INEC.
