Desantis is a wimp and a political dope to think he can beat the outlaw Trump just by being more Trumpian, more extremist and more draconian and depraved than Trump.
It is a prediction that Desantis, despite his Yale and Harvard credentials, has not learned his lessons from Republican candidates like clueless and abrasive Ted Cruz, or docile Marco Rubio or gentleman Jeb Bush who were all quickly blackmailed and embarrassed by Donald Trump who lied, cheated and would do and say anything to win and does not play by the rule and would commit any crime including subterfuge to have his way in any contest and has done that all his life and he knows no other way to do business.
My prediction is that Trump would chew up Desantis and spit him out in a split second, once the battle lines are drawn.
Either way both Desantis and 78 year old Trump would clearly lose again to Joe Biden when the rubber meets the road and Donald Trump would have been cut down to size, humiliated and deflated by his mounting and endless legal exposure and jeopardies from which he cannot escape.
I rest my case.
