Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has congratulated the Leader of the 8th Assembly and Member representing Nsit Ubium State Constituency, Otobong Effiong Bob, on the conferment of a Doctorate Degree in Public Governance and Leadership.
In a message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, the Governor described the academic achievement as a testament to Barr. Bob’s commitment to personal development and dedication to public service.
“On behalf of the Government and people of Akwa Ibom State, I congratulate you on this well-deserved recognition. This milestone reflects your discipline, commitment to growth, and the value you place on knowledge in the service of our people, and I am confident it will further strengthen your contributions in the Assembly,” the Governor stated.
Governor Eno also extended congratulations to the APC Political Leader in ONNA Local Government Area, Patrick Ifon, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Governance and Leadership. He noted that the academic milestone reflects intellectual depth and a strong commitment to leadership and service.
The Governor wished both recipients continued success, good health, and greater accomplishments in their service to the state and humanity.
