Troops of Operation Fansan Yanma have neutralized four armed criminals and captured one suspect during a night operation in Nasarawa village, Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

The operation, which took place in the late hours of February 9 and extended into the early hours of February 10, targeted a notorious bandit hideout that had been terrorizing the region.

The details of the raid were contained in a report by security analyst Zagazola Makama on his X handle (formerly Twitter) on Monday.

According to intelligence sources, the raid followed credible intelligence that led the troops to a well-known gathering point of the criminals.
