Real Madrid midfielder, Eduardo Camavinga has commented about Kylian Mbappe’s potential move to the Los Blancos and joked about teammate Aurelien Tchouameni’s past teasing.
Camavinga refused to comment on the speculations surrounding Mbappe’s transfer to Madrid, saying that he and his national teammates only focus on enjoying each other’s company during international duty, not transfers.
He further shared how he now finds it funny that Tchouameni laughed at him last year when he had to play as a left-back, and now the tables have turned.
“Do I talk to Mbappe about joining Madrid when I play for France national team? Do you want to know the truth? No, when I go there I just want to have fun with my teammates,” Camavinga said (via The Madrid Zone) at a recent press conference when asked about his French teammate’s future.
“We don’t talk about transfers.”
Camavinga added, “Tchouameni used to laugh at me last year when I had to play LB (left-back). Now I am laughing at him!”
Mbappe has been linked with Real Madrid after he refused to renew his contract with PSG.
