The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Sunday said voting will take place in three Wards in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
INEC Head of Voter Education &Publicity, Bukola Ojeme said this in the State INEC Press Corps WhatsApp group.
“Gd afternoon All; Voting To Take in Three Wards in Warri South today.
Happy Sunday.”
Ojeme did not mention the three Wards wherein voting will take place.
Our Correspondent who monitored the exercise reports that election materials arrived at exactly 14:30pm at Unit 3,4&5 Ward 9 in Warri South Local Government Area.
Voters shouted “We want to vote now”when they saw the INEC Officials arrive Igbudu Primary School in Warri.
The voters queued up peacefully as they set to cast their votes for their choice candidates.
