Serie A club, Sassuolo have submitted a bid for Orlando Pirates defender, Olisa Ndah, according to multiple sources in South Africa.
The modest club is looking to bolster its defence following a difficult start to the campaign.
The Black and Greens currently occupy the 15th position on the table.
Orlando Pirates, according to reports are yet to respond to the offer from Alessio Dionisi’s side but are already looking for a replacement.
Ndah, who was part of the Super Eagles squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon joined Orlando Pirates from Nigeria Professional Football League outfit, Akwa United in 2021.
Last season, he featured in 31 games across all competitions for the Buccaneers.
The 24-year-old has played in all of the Pirates’ 12 league games this season.
