Manchester United have been boosted by the news that Paris Saint-Germain have found a replacement for midfielder Manuel Ugarte.
The Uruguay international is in talks with Man United over a move to the Premier League this summer transfer window.
PSG have now lined up a replacement for Ugarte.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Joao Neves is set to join the French Ligue 1 champions.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and Malang Sarr have agreed to terminate the defender’s contract.
The Blues disclosed this in a statement on their website on Saturday.
Sarr departs Stamford Bridge having made 21 appearances since joining in August 2020.
The Frenchman spent time on loan at Porto and Monaco during his time at the west London club.
“We wish Malang all the best for the future,” Chelsea’s statement partly read.
