Nigerian singer, Iyanya, has sparked reactions after sharing an old interview of Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson speaking about their relationship.
The “Your Waist” crooner made headlines yesterday along with his ex-lover, actress Yvonne, after she revealed that their relationship ended because he cheated on her with actress Tonto Dikeh.
Recall that Yvonne and Iyanya began dating in 2012, but their relationship hit a rough patch a few years later.
Speaking about why the relationship ended in her memoir, ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,’ which was launched on Sunday, June 18, 2023, the 37-year-old actress revealed that it ended when she found out he was cheating on her. Read here.
Amidst the buzz generated by these revelations, the Kukere hitmaker shared an old interview on his Instagram page, in which Yvonne Nelson discussed their romance and how it came to an end.
Captioning the video, he wrote, “Area codes? WOW, Na Love I Love, Na trust I trust. So Breakfast don belle full me.”

Yvonne’s account in the clip, however, sparked conversations, with some labeling Iyanya as a ‘Bad Boy.’
Music producer and artist manager Soso Soberekon also reacted in the comment section, writing, “Iyanya the bone & bed breaker😂.”
