“Serial clout chasers!” – Actor Sean Jimoh lashes out at Nigerian youths for not demanding justice for children kidnapped in Abuja but quick to seek justice for Mohbad

Nigerian actor Sean Jimoh has criticized Nigerian youths for not demanding justice for the kidnapped children in Abuja while being quick to seek justice for the late singer Mohbad.

Recall that ten children were abducted by bandits in an estate in Abuja on January 7. Unfortunately, three have been brutally murdered due to delayed ransom payment, and the abductors have now increased the ransom to N700 million.

Speaking on the horrific incident, Sean took to his Instagram to lament the lack of public outcry from Nigerian youths about the abducted children and questioned whether their indifference is because the victims are not celebrities.

He further stated that he has not seen any genuine cry for justice in Nigeria, noting that most protests are turned into an avenue to party or to criticize those who do not participate.

Sean wrote,

“We are just like our government, we only respond when it benefits us or nurses our ego ! I have hardly ever seen a genuine cry for justice in Nigeria , either the gatherings are turned to opportunities to party or opportunity to go from page to page trolling people that don’t agree with their nonsensical ideologies . A country that should wear sackcloth, sit at the gates and wail the loss of its children stays up partying and drinking itself to stupor . One day , I hope we will have not just a responsive government , but a people that truly care about their neighbors, especially when it doesn’t directly massage their own egos”
