In a bid to upgrade the knowledge of coaches in the Nigeria National League, the body has selected Peter Rufai, Austin Eguavoen and other top gaffers as resource persons for the coaches seminar.
Other resource persons for the refresher course are Portuguese UEFA licensed coach, Tiago Conde, ex-international, Clement Temile and the Director General of the Nigeria Institute for Sports, Prof Olawale Moronkola.
According to a statement by the NNL, the choice of the personnel is to equip coaches with the basic principle of coaching.
The training programme will take place at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne.
The programme will run for four days starting from 15th to 19th October, 2023.
All NNL coaches are expected to participate in the refresher course.
The NIS certificate will be issued to participates at the end of the training.
