In a dramatic move news filtered in that a new speaker of the Rivers Stste House of Assembly has emerged.
He is Rt. Hon. Oko Jumbo representing Bonny Constituency. He is said to be loyal to Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Oko becomes the third Speaker under the current administration after Edison Ehie and Martin Amaewhule.
