PUNCH reporter bags ‘most resilient journalist’ award

In recognition of his commitment to excellence and hard work, PUNCH reporter in Kaduna, Israel Bulus, has been honored with an award as 2022 most resilient journalist of the year.

The event which took place at the prestigious Bolingo Xperia Hotel & Towers in Abuja had in attendance legendary Nollywood actors and comedians.

The convener, a Nollywood actress, Jane Rogers, said the glamorous “2022 ASHBAB GLOBAL IMPACT INITIATIVES AWARDS” was designed to celebrate notable Nigerians and brands with enviable track records that had made positive impact in their respective communities.

“The award aimed to bring to the centre-stage for celebration, individuals and brands whose contributions and achievements have brought impacts and developments.

“We’ll continue to identify individuals and brands for recognition in order to inspire others to follow suit,” Jane said.

Bulus expressed gratitude to the organisers of the award for deeming him fit for recognition.

He said the award would spur and serve as a motivation that would encourage him to do better in his reportage for the betterment of the society.
