A former governor of Oyo State, Dr Victor Omololu Olunloyo is dead.
Newspot reports that Olunloyo, the first person to rule Ibadan as governor, died in the early hours of Sunday.
He died about three months to his 90th birthday.
Olunloyo ruled the old Oyo State between October and December 1983.
