The Nigerian Railway Corporation,(NRC) has informed members of the public that it has not introduced e-ticketing on the Lagos-Ibadan Train Service.
The NRC also warned intending passengers to be careful of falling prey to fraudsters.
The spokesperson of NRC, Mr. Mahmoud Yakubu, in a statement said NRC is yet to commence selling Lagos to Ibadan train tickets online, adding that a fraudulent website had been allegedly developed by cyber criminals, to fraudulently deceive intending travellers
It advised intending rail travellers from Lagos to Ibadan to be wary of the fraudulent cyberspace criminals, adding that NRC is working hard to introduce secured online ticketing on the Lagos, Ibadan, Warri to Itakpe train services very soon.
