Bendel Insurance recorded a 2-0 victory against their old rivals, Rangers, at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.

Insurance went in front in the 14th minute through Junior Osaghae.

Ismael Seriki scored the second goal a minute after the hour mark.

Bidemi Owoku netted the opener after just two minutes, while Samuel Enefiok doubled the advantage six minutes later.
