NEWSPOT DAILY TONIC: If you can change your mind, you can change your life By Bishop Duke Akamisoko

Never too old, never too bad, never too late, never too sick to start from scratch once again.
If you run you stand a chance of losing, but if you don’t run you’ve already lost. If work were so pleasant, the rich would keep it for themselves. By changing nothing, nothing changes.
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. “
I will say it simply: Stop caring what people think of you.
It’s a waste of time being entertained by other people’s lives when you should put all your focus on building a great life for yourself.
Never think that someone’s life is more exciting than yours. Your life is more exciting because you’re the author and the artist; you create and design your life the way you want it to be.
Never let anyone decide what is right for you. No one knows what is best for you but yourself. It’s okay if everyone doesn’t understand your decisions.
If you continue to live your life the way people tell you to, you will always be trapped in prison. It’s not a physical trap but a mental trap.
Living your life being your authentic self is the best feeling of freedom.
You have to be a little cautious at first when meeting new people. Sometimes people have an agenda to control you and take advantage of you for their gain.
Bad people don’t empathize with what feels right for you, so cut them out. If they don’t understand you, leave them alone.
The best thing you can do is to unfollow anyone who makes you feel miserable about your current life at the moment. Stop listening to people’s comments online; they know nothing about your life anyway. Have the “I don’t care what you think” mindset. Invest time in yourself by journaling, traveling, and working out. It helps you to focus on yourself more than focusing on other people.
