Popular Nigerian reality star, Mercy Eke has been called out for falsifying her age.
The TV star who celebrated her 29th-year-old birthday some months back and flaunted luxurious gifts she got from friends and loved ones was actually revealed to be 32 years from her government-issued voter’s card.
Mercy had posted her PVC on the microblogging platform, Twitter to urge Nigerians to get theirs and vote wisely but did not expect netizens to go digging into her details.
She covered her age and address but that did not stop a user identified as Olatunde who dubbed himself a ‘fake news buster’ from searching and finding out her real age.
He wrote;
“You covered your date of birth and left VIN that shows everything about you. Does this make sense to you?.
Anyway, I’m here to inform your that I just found out that you are 32 years of age.
Don’t come here 29th Sept and claim 25 years o. Have a nice day”
