Kanyinsola Onalaja, the founder and designer behind the Onalaja brand, seamlessly fuses contemporary silhouettes with elements reminiscent of African art and traditions. Born in Nigeria, her academic background in Fashion Design at the Bachelors and Masters levels was cultivated within the landscape of London and Rome.

Kanyinsola’s designs reflect her unique blend of diverse experiences, as she meticulously transforms traditional embellishment techniques into three-dimensional art. Onalaja pieces are interactive and create a euphoric multi-sensory experience.

Each garment, from XXS to XXXXL, is a testament to Kanyinsola’s commitment to inclusivity and craftsmanship. Onalaja isn’t just a brand; it’s a movement fostering a new era of inclusive luxury.

Toluwani Wabara

Toluwani Wabara is the creative director and founder of Wanni Fuga. She creates timeless pieces that fuse minimalist aesthetics, quality, and value for modern women. This Nigerian-born contemporary brand has grown internationally since its establishment in 2014.

Toluwani holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Sheffield and has completed a course in Luxury Brand Management at the prestigious London College of Fashion (UAL). She is currently enrolled in the Fashion Design Programme at the Parsons New School of Design, New York.

Tolu’s aspirations through her brand (WANNI FUGA), are centred around empowering women to be an expression of strength and purpose. She is a strong believer in hard work, focus, and living a faithful life.
