Speaking to journalists, Nwankwoeze clarified that out of the 4,974 land titles revoked, only Plot Number 243 in the Central Area belongs to the PDP.

He denied allegations that the exercise was aimed at the party, explaining that the other property used as the PDP Secretariat does not actually belong to the party but to Senator Samaila Mamman Kurfi, who purchased it from Wadata Enterprises Nigeria Limited.

Regarding outstanding payments, he revealed that the PDP owes ₦7,603,504.31 in unpaid ground rent for its Central Area property, covering a period of 20 years.
