The husband who believes she could carry out the task better told her she has had enough rest already.

He also went on to complain about how he has been the only one doing all of the work in the house since she gave birth.

While the lady tried to put it to him that the hospital sent her home to rest, the young man answered her by saying he would take care of the child while she made the food.

However, the video sparked outrage online, as internet users trooped to the comment section to share their opinions regarding the husband’s demand and his wife’s response.

Below are some of the comments,

@ovayozarh:  Parents don’t forget to train your male children to have sympathy.. some men are just so heartless

@_derahivory:  A good mother-in-law would prepare enough assorted dishes and come visit. Omugwo things 😭

@thefoodnetworknig2:  You’d think he is westernized and should know better? For where! Efulefu behavior is a global illness!

@zennia_art:  I don’t think he watched her give birth. He must have been at home waiting for the good news. 🙃

@mojidow21:  Please why can’t your mum cook her meals 😢 if she can’t do it let her stay back in her husband house. Don’t visit a new mum if you can’t be helpful.
