In his Democracy Day message released on Wednesday through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, the governor stressed that for democracy to be meaningful, it must translate into real improvements in the lives of the people.

“Democracy is not just about elections, but about delivering tangible dividends that uplift the lives of the people. As we celebrate Democracy Day, let us reflect on how far we’ve come and recommit ourselves to building a just, united, and prosperous society,” he said.

Governor Mohammed stated that his administration has made significant progress across various sectors in Bauchi State, attributing these achievements to purposeful leadership and people-oriented policies.
