Job Overview
- As a Field Marketing/Sales Representative at Tek-Annex Engineering, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
- You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.
- This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, HND, or BSc in Marketing or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Remuneration
- Basic Monthly Salary: NGN50,000 (Contingent on successful business transactions for a minimum of 5 clients)
- Commission: NGN 20,000 per successfully closed deal with a client.
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Excellent monthly performance is rewarded.
