Position : Sales Insurance Advisor
We are looking to hire a Sales Insurance Advisor that has passion for sales and marketing.
- The ideal candidate should have grounded experience, communicates effectively, can think outside the box, and should be able to identify and pursue new oppportunities to help us meet and surpass our business expectations.
- This is a full-time hybrid role (in Lagos, Nigeria), with some flexibility to work remotely (from home).
- As a Sales Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining client relationships in the insurance industry.
- Duties will include meeting sales goals, identifying new business opportunities, delivering presentations, generating quotes, and collaborating with colleagues in other departments.
- You will also be responsible for providing superior customer service to dedicated client base.
- The more you sell the more commission and bonus you get.

Qualifications
- OND/HND AND Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6months of experience within the insurance industry or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and strengthen relationships
- Solid understanding of insurance industry products, services, and regulations
- Capacity to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
