• As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at MRT Net Cafe, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, retaining existing members, and promoting our co-working space through various marketing channels and initiatives.
• You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Acquire New Clients:

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up activities to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize conversion rates.

Retain Existing Members:

• Build strong relationships with current members, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Develop and implement customer retention programs to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for member inquiries and support.

Marketing Initiatives:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote MRT Net Cafes services and offerings.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and blog, to attract and engage target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Channel Management:

• Manage and maintain MRT Net Cafes presence on various marketing channels, including social media platforms, online directories, and industry-specific websites.
• Monitor trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
• As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at MRT Net Cafe, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the co-working, real estate, or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary

N150,000 monthly
