- 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using data to drive informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies in a competitive market.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools and software for data analysis, CRM, and marketing automation
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, target markets, and strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
- Achieve set sales targets
- Create actionable sales plans, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
- Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that position the company as a leader in the real estate market.
- Oversee the development of impactful marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that drive brand awareness and engagement across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, design, and content teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team to create content, collateral, and presentations that resonate with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Optimize lead nurturing processes to move prospects through the sales funnel, focusing on conversion and retention strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience, opportunities, trends, and competitive insights that inform sales strategies and develop tailored marketing messages.
- Collect and analyze data related to sales and marketing efforts to measure performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, outlining key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales and marketing approaches. Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
