Job Description:

• This job is only open to Zimbabwean and Malawian Nationals
• As the Private House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the Chairman’s residence to the highest standards.
• Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring the overall well-being of the household.
• You will directly engage with the Chairman, anticipating and fulfilling expectations while maintaining the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage daily operations and logistics of the Chairman’s residence.
• Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring the house is well-maintained at all times.
• Anticipate and meet the Chairman’s expectations with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
• Conduct proactive problem-solving and respond promptly to issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
• Must have previous Butler experience
• Must be Malawian or Zimbabwean
• Fair knowledge of daily household operations and maintenance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill executive expectations with discretion.
• Physical agility to move around the residence with ease.

Package:

• Salary: $750 – $850.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Inclusive: VISA processing, flight tickets, in-house accommodation.
• Health Insurance: Candidates will be registered with our official Health Insurance Scheme.
• Annual Leave: Entitled after one year of service with a return ticket provided for flights to the home country.
