About Company: Our client is a fast-growing Digital Financial Services company that offers investment and credit opportunities to both corporate and individual clients in Nigeria.

Our client is seeking to hire Mid Senior Wealth Managers who will be responsible for generating wealth, building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, conduct financial planning and investment management.

The ideal candidates are expected to help in maximizing client engagement by assessing, understanding and identifying clients’ investment and wealth management needs in order to provide a wide array of wealth advice. They will also coordinate the overall client strategy in close partnership with other professionals on the team to meet the investments, trust, risk management and planning needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify target markets and drive investment products.

Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from private sector entities, individuals (including HNIs), and corporate agencies.

Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.

Marketing and sales of all company investment products.

Meet, maintain and exceed assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.

Propose services, up-selling and cross-selling whenever possible.

Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.

Profiling clients and providing financial products to meet client needs.

Advise clients on their overall balance sheet including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning and credit needs.

Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients’ current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products.

Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, economics, or any related field.

5-8 years working experience in the financial services/FinTech industry or related investments sectors.

Previous experience in fund-raising, fund generation/mobilization.

Deep understanding of the company’s product and investment strategies.

Sound presentation and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication & networking skills, strong selling and marketing skills.

Strong knowledge of target characteristics and effective management skills.

Developing and maintaining positive internal customer rapport.

Good organizational and analytical skills.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.

Track record of meeting / exceeding targets as an individual contributor.

Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.

Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay is BTW N450,000.00 – N750,000.00 monthly net + other interesting benefits
