Job Position: Managing Director
Job Location: Lagos

Role
- AS the MD, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, optimizing the bank’s financial resources for maximum profitability, and spearheading the formulation of policies in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, with last 5 years being in executive positions.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles, with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulations and industry best practices.
