Position : Full Time Tutor
Job Title: Tuteria Fellow
Ideal Candidate: Experienced Teachers, Tertiary Students (Graduate and Post-Graduate), Tutors, Brilliant Professionals, Educationists, Learning Instructors, Science Teachers, Early Child Educators etc.
Core Skills: Ability to Teach, Passion for Education, Salesmanship
Base Pay: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 per month
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract
Place of Work: In the Homes of Clients or Online
Location: Lekki, Ikoyi, VI.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, professional tutoring to learners in the comfort of their homes or online
- Be committed to improving student grades and learning outcomes
- Provide daily feedback about the progress of lessons
- Submit all lessons taught into our system
- Help students achieve their goals or pass important examples
- Cross selling and up selling
- Convert customers to paying clients
- Customer acquisition
- Customer retention – Keep clients coming back for more lessons with you
- Collaborate with Tuteria to design a tailored lesson plan for each learner
- Communicate professionally and proactively with parents, students and Tuteria’s staff
- Keep your profile and details up-to-date
- Pick up jobs near you or online
- Work with Tuteria to better understand and serve our clients
- Continuous learning to improve your teaching ability
