Are you a seasoned professional in the world of Food and Beverage management, ready to take on a challenging role in a globally recognized hotel brand? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Nigeria. Please note this is not a entry level position and requires a mature diplomatic individual whom will respect the culture of the local staff but be firm.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of operations, with a focus on banqueting, daily outlets, and staff management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Banqueting Excellence: Coordinate and execute banquets for up to 8000 people in various locations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Daily Outlet Operations: Manage daily operations for outlets with a capacity of 2000 covers, overseeing the quality of service, menu offerings, and overall guest experience.

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 600 staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure a high level of professionalism and service.

Financial Management: Drive and achieve a food and beverage revenue target of $25 million per year through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Professionalism and Diplomacy: Demonstrate a mature and diplomatic approach in dealing with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5years of proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a high-volume, upscale hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding financial targets in the food and beverage department.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
