Responsibilities: As the Experienced Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing guests with unforgettable culinary journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Crafting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Collaborating closely with the executive chef to curate menus that align with our hotel’s commitment to excellence.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure exceptional service standards and product quality.
- Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to guarantee the availability of the finest ingredients and beverages.
- Managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasting to achieve optimal financial performance.
Requirements: We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in luxury hospitality and food and beverage management. The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen, demonstrated through successful financial management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Innovative thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
