Job Vacancy: Job title: Finance Analyst

Job description: Are you passionate about diving deep into financial data to uncover insights that drive business decisions? My client is seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join their team in Lagos.POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Typically Do:

• Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop financial models to forecast future performance and identify risks.
• Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to measure performance against goals.
• Provide recommendations based on insightful analysis.
• Prepare various financial reports, including statements and budget reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling tools like Excel.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles.
• Chartered with ACA and/or ACCA. Dip IFR is a plus.
