Position : Director of Finance
Job Summary:
The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization.
This key leadership position involves providing strategic financial direction, ensuring the fiscal health of the company, and contributing to the overall achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to formulate and execute the company’s financial strategy.
- Take charge of the annual budgeting process and engage in comprehensive long-term financial planning.
- Remain abreast of pertinent accounting and financial regulations, ensuring strict adherence.
- Prepare, scrutinize, and offer insights and recommendations on financial statements for senior leadership.
- Guarantee the timely and accurate provision of financial reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively address potential financial risks, ensuring unwavering compliance with pertinent regulations.
- Institute and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the integrity of financial operations.
- Coordinate and oversee external audits, ensuring full compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
- Remain vigilant regarding changes in accounting principles and regulations, adapting organizational practices accordingly.
Required profile for job ad : Director of Finance
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- MBA or CPA certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrate a robust 20-year track record of professional experience in a comparable capacity.
- Exhibit a profound knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting.
- Display outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills essential for effective team management.
- Showcase exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrating the capability to articulate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Have hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Adhere to the age requirement, not exceeding 45 years.
