Job Locations: Zuba, Abuja (FCT) and Army Cantonment, Jaji – Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- We are looking to recruit a Cashier who will manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1-2 years of experience.
