We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Officer
Job Location: Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and inventory.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
- Prepare monthly reports on sales and expenses.
- Answer queries and enquires by employees and clients.
- Maintain all records and update company database.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related role.
- Must have completed NYSC.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Experience with office management software like MS office (MS Word and Excel).
