Description
We are looking for a talented ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in IKEJA, LAGOS, NIGERIA .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Assists the accounts payable team with more complex tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Processes invoice administration and set up for payment.
- Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.
- Resolves more complex invoice discrepancies.
- Conducts investigations of accounts payable processing errors and suggests process improvements.
- Participates in and/or assist in projects related to Accounts Payable improvement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following :
- Accounting Diploma/Degree.
- Accounts Payable knowledge.
- Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Advanced Excel & good communication skills.
