Reality TV star and actress, Antolecky, has spoken out after netizens expressed concern about her new physical appearance.
Anto, who was previously known for her slim physique, had taken to Twitter to share recent photos of herself with the caption, “Good morning 💙 Go forth and change the world 🌍”
However, netizens couldn’t help but notice the significant change in her appearance and trooped to her comment section to share their observations.
While some expressed love for her new look, others were genuinely concerned about her health and the reason behind her sudden weight gain.
In response to the comments, the former Big Brother Naija star shared a follow-up tweet in which she revealed she gained weight due to a health condition she is currently battling.
According to her, she hasn’t entirely adjusted to the weight gain and hopes to recover quickly and return to the gym to regain her shape.
She tweeted,
“Thanks to everyone for the kind words about my weight gain
While I like it a little, I’m still self conscious bc it was not intentional. It’s actually the side effect of a health condition that I’ve been battling. But inshallah, I will be healed soon and going to the gym”
