He said ” Though I’ve been speaking with Dr Adejoke on phone, I have not met her physically, except today. I never knew she has this kind of political clout and influence. Now that I’ve seen her political tentacles, I now discovered she is a great asset and someone that can be pushed forward. I will henceforth be at the Forefront of her political aspirations ”

In her speech, Dr Adejoke paid glowing tribute to her late father, Chief Aderoju Ayoade Adekanmbi, late Maye Ashipa Olubadan, who died in 1989 at the age of 59 and whom the centre is named after.
She also greatly appreciated the Presence of His Emminence, Dr Ola Makinde, former Prelate of the Methodist Church Nigeria, who she was one of the flower girls during his marriage.

She equally appreciated the presence and promises of collaborations by the IPU, while not leaving our those that graced the occasion either physically or by Proxy. She thanked immensely her supportive husband, Pastor Barrister Akinseye for aligning with her dreams.
